How do you build hardlines for air suspension?

Installing hardlines on your air suspension system means replacing the standard plastic hoses in air kits with aluminum or metal tubes. When installing the tubes, good planning and measurements are crucial. Start by measuring the tube's length and factoring in the bends needed. Then cut the tube. When fitting the connectors, you'll need to flare the tubes using a flaring tool. Then mount the adapter and a compression ring onto the tube. The threaded adapters are screwed into the valve block or tank, and are usually matched with a female fitting from the tubes.

For a truly premium finish, you can straighten the tubes using tools and even polish them. This results in a world-class installation.
