The HKS FCD (Fuel Cut Defender) Std is designed to raise the factory fuel cut limit on turbocharged engines. As boost pressure is increased, the factory ECU may activate fuel cut as a protective measure, resulting in power loss, hesitation during acceleration, and diagnostic warning lights. The HKS FCD modifies the ECU signal, allowing higher boost levels without triggering the factory fuel cut function.
Engineered for easy installation, the unit integrates seamlessly with both the HKS F-CON V Pro and the vehicle's factory ECU, making it an ideal solution for modified turbocharged vehicles.
