  • In addition to designing our wide range of after-market headers and exhausts, we manufacture them on-site, right here in the United States. We are constantly adding new products for a variety of new car and truck models as well as the classics. Our systems have proven performance increases through pre and post-dyno testing of vehicles.Our stainless steel products are made from only the finest materials, and are manufactured with exacting specifications by skilled American craftsmen.Stainless Works products will never red-rust like the cheaper 400 series stainless steel used by our competitors. We stand by the quality and workmanship of our products and strive to improve the experience of our products for our valued customers. Stainless Works is a group of people working hard to expand our capabilities and quality through new technologies, which includes two CNC Trumpf Lasers, a CNC Press Brake, a CNC Robotic Cell and fixtures that are built to assure and verify repeatability of our tig welded products. In addition, these in-house processes are available for any custom application you require, including special laser cutting and bending. While we are known for our complete header and exhaust systems, we also create a variety of custom components, including Rod Builder Kits and Chopper Builder Kits, with each detail of any system is available a-la-cart. In any case, we are available to develop solutions by making special bends, flanges, collectors, adapters, etc. to help you customize a system that will satisfy your needs. Stainless Works is committed to the wants, needs and concerns of our customers and their vehicles, and we will always strive to provide you with the best in performance, sound and mileage.
