The HKS SS Silent Hi-Power Cat-Back Exhaust System is designed for the Subaru Impreza GC8 equipped with the turbocharged EJ20 engine. It combines high-flow performance with a deep, sporty exhaust note, making it an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts seeking improved performance without excessive noise. Inspired by Japanese motorsport, the system delivers an excellent balance of power, sound, and everyday drivability.

The straight-through design, featuring 75 mm main piping, reduces back pressure and improves exhaust flow, allowing the engine to breathe more efficiently. This results in improved throttle response, more efficient cylinder scavenging, and a broader, more usable powerband while enabling the turbocharger to operate more efficiently throughout the rev range.

Manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, the exhaust system offers outstanding heat resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and long-lasting durability. The oval Silent Hi-Power Type-S muffler, combined with a 120 mm exhaust tip, produces a deep, refined exhaust note with the distinctive JDM-inspired character for which HKS is renowned.

Designed as a direct replacement for the factory exhaust system, the system provides OEM-style fitment for straightforward installation. It is intended for Subaru Impreza GC8 two-door models and has not been tested with the factory rear bumper skirt.
