The HKS Hi-Power Cat-Back Exhaust System is designed for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV, V, and VI equipped with the 4G63T engine. It delivers an ideal combination of improved exhaust flow, a sporty exhaust note, and long-lasting durability, making it an excellent upgrade for both high-performance street cars and track-focused builds.

The rear muffler and exhaust tip are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, providing outstanding corrosion resistance, long service life, and a premium polished finish. The concealed exhaust piping is constructed from SUH409 coated steel, offering excellent heat resistance and superior sound absorption while maintaining durability and reducing manufacturing costs.

The straight-through muffler design and optimized pipe layout reduce back pressure and improve exhaust flow, allowing the engine to breathe more efficiently. This results in improved throttle response, increased performance, and a deep, aggressive exhaust note without becoming excessively loud during everyday driving.

Inside the muffler, HKS uses Advantex® glass wool, a continuous high-temperature fiberglass material that provides excellent sound absorption while maintaining its performance over extended use.
