The AIRTEC Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade ATINTSUZ1 for the Suzuki Swift Sport MK3 ZC33S is designed for fast road and track use, providing significantly increased cooling capacity during extended periods of hard driving.
The factory intercooler is wide but relatively shallow, with part of its core obstructed by the vehicle's radar sensor and air duct. AIRTEC developed a core that is 80% deeper than stock, increasing overall internal capacity by 88% from 4.66 to 8.79 litres, while also increasing the unobstructed frontal area available for cooling airflow.
Inlet and outlet diameter is increased from the factory 52mm to 60mm, approximately 15% larger, to reduce restriction. High-flow one-piece cast end tanks efficiently direct airflow through the intercooler, while the kit includes Pro Hoses silicone pipework and an enlarged hot-side boost pipe. A matching enlarged 60mm cold-side pipe kit is available separately.
The complete intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper with no trimming or cutting required, allowing the vehicle to be returned to standard if required.
