Turbo Blanket
- Outer Layer Material: Titanium fiber (lava rock fiber) or Carbon fiber
- Insulation: Silica fiber with stainless steel mesh
- Direct Heat Resistance: 982°C (Titanium) / 1100°C (Carbon)
- Radiant Heat Resistance: 1371°C
- Maximum Internal Temperature: 1260°C (Titanium) / 1540°C (Carbon)
Wastegate Blanket
- Outer Layer Material: Titanium fiber (lava rock fiber) or Carbon fiber
- Function: Reduces heat transfer to the actuator and diaphragm
- Benefit: Extended diaphragm lifespan and improved durability
- Application: External wastegates
