All Wheel Engineering, LLC was founded in 1999 to fill the demand in the US market for Impreza 2.5 RS upgrade parts. The number of cars increased sharply and the Kartboy brand was created and the development of the assortment took off. When the 2002 model arrived, the assortment expanded further and Kartboy also started consulting professional Subaru teams. Founder Tom Kartboy Deadrick is basically an aircraft engineer and his knowledge of durable, lightweight materials and manufacturing has given Kartboy a long history of good products that solve problems.
