    CSF Manufactures the most efficient and advanced radiator cores in the industry. This has been achieved by using an innovative tube and fin technology, and industry leading testing methods to maximise heat dissipation and airflow. These techniques allow CSF lead the way when it comes to radiator technology.

    “B-Tube” Technology – Regular radiator cores use a conventional oval shape “O” type radiator tube. CSF however uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a “B”. These “B-Tubes” are carefully formed and sealed by brazing over the seam. This allows CSF to use a lighter and thinner aluminium material (allows for better cooling efficiency) because the design is stronger than conventional “O” shape welded tubes.

    This design (where the inlet in the centre of the tube is seam brazed) increases the surface area for heat transfer in the tubes by approximately 15% over the regular tubes. This allows for the efficiency of 2 smaller tubes in the same space criteria as 1 large tube. Also using “B-tubes” you are able to get “dual liquid laminar flow.”

    High efficiency Multi Louvered Fin – CSF radiators use ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximise airflow through its core. Every application Is different and each specification is carefully measured and calculated, then tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in CSF’s own wind-tunnel lab.

    Advanced Endtank Designs

    CSF offers two all-aluminium end-tank designs to match any style and performance need.

    OE Radial Tanks – Flat and rounded end-tanks that are welded together and finished with our 1 hour Show-Stopper™ mirror polish process. For the customer who likes the sleek and smooth look, and wants to display the intricate welding associated with this design (CSF 7000 series).

    Deep Drawn Tanks – The only high performance manufacture to feature this advanced radiator technology. These end-tanks are stamped to the same geometry of the application’s original plastic end-tank. These tanks feature less welding, and are generally considered the strongest tank designs in the industry. Also finished with our Show-Stopper™ mirror polish.

    CSF manufactures the most efficient and advanced cell packs for coolers in the entire industry.     B-Tube Technology

    Normally, O-shaped fluid channels are used. CSF, on the other hand, uses channels shaped like a B. These B-shaped tubes are very carefully shaped and then soldered together at the seam. This allows the CSF to use a thinner and lighter aluminum (which gives a better cooling effect) because the shaping makes the material stronger than when using the traditional O-shape.

    This type of design on the channels increases the surface where the heat exchanges occur with approx. 15% compared to the old technology!

    Highly efficient flanges

    CSF uses flanges with several ventilations that are carefully lined up to maximize airflow through the cell pack. Each model of cooler is special and each specification is carefully measured and calculated and then tested in CSF's wind tunnel for the best possible cooling effect.
