The Vibrant Performance Vertical Flow intercooler core is a high-performance cooling solution designed to efficiently reduce intake air temperatures in turbocharged engines. Its robust construction combines excellent heat transfer with low pressure drop, making it ideal for performance vehicles and custom turbo projects.
The core features a durable bar-and-plate construction made from 6061 aluminium, with 25% increased fin density. The specially designed louvered fins on the ambient air side maximise the available surface area for heat dissipation, while the offset fin design on the charge air side helps minimise pressure loss through the core.
This optimised design improves cooling efficiency and helps keep intake air temperatures under control during high-load operation.
