Who are Maxton Design?

Since 2006, Maxton Design, a Polish company, has designed and manufactured styling products for cars. They have incredibly good equipment that produces spoilers, lip kits and skirt kits in really good quality and finish. From a 3D scan to finished product in a short time. This makes Maxton a supplier that keeps up with the trends but above all sets trends. As an authorized dealer of Maxton Design, you can always trust that we can deliver what you are looking for. Maxton Design builds most of its products to order, which means that lead times are long. But it's well worth the wait!

Racing spoilers and Street Pro series

In addition to Maxton Design's ABS products that are part of their Street plus series, some products made in an extremely durable and flexible plastic are also offered. This material is only available in one finish because they are not molded, but cut and assembled to the correct shape and fasteners. The finish is gloss black, but not high gloss like the cast blacks are. Products that do not have an option for finish, and are named CNC in the article number, come in this format. (Not the fiberglass products).

Tips when assembling Maxton Design's products!

Maxton's products are manufactured around a shape developed by 3D scanning of the car it is intended for. This means that the fit is incredibly good and you can almost feel how the part automatically ends up where it is intended. Assembly is therefore easy and you hardly need any prior knowledge of assembling body parts, but you can still get it right.

Depending on which product it is and where it is to sit, different types of assembly kits are sent. Most front lips, side extensions and diffusers come with screw sets that either consist of screws and nuts or self-drilling screws. For wings and canards etc where screws would have been visible, it comes with self-adhesive tape. In these cases, the tape is pre-assembled.
Each assembly kit comes with a manual from Maxton Design where they show how to use that particular assembly kit.

We recommend supplementing the screws with 1-2 rows double-adhesive 3M VHB tape also on front lips, side skirts and diffusers. It provides a really good connection between the body and the product and the risk of it coming loose completely disappears.

Maxton Design - Delivery Times

Maxton Design is manufactured in one place in the world Wojnicz, Poland. The products are made by hand from scratch, polished, finished and shipped worldwide. The quality is incredibly high and every little detail is thought of. Nothing is kept in stock at Maxton Design in Poland, but each order is processed individually. Nothing is manufactured until an order is placed, hence the production time at Maxton is between 35-72 days.

Can the process be accelerated?

Maxton Design aims for quality and accuracy. These products require people with experience and competence in the field, and you cannot increase the production rate too much without affecting the quality. Since quality and finish are priority one, we stand behind Maxton Design in the idea that good products take time.

We at DDESIGN regularly buy in extra products and then the stock them which is visible in the shop. But in most cases where it says Made to order, the estimated delivery time is 5-6 weeks right now. The delivery time may differ slightly due to the production time that Maxton Design estimates. But 95% of the orders right now are 5-6 weeks.
