Pillowball or Reinforced rubber bushing?

Is the most expensive always the best? The answer to that question is no. It depends on the purpose.
HARDRACE different braces are usually available in 2 different variants, either with Pillowball bushings or with Reinforced Rubber Bushings where the former is usually slightly more expensive.

Pillowball:
If your car only goes on the track, the Pillowball bushing is absolutely recommended. This form of bushing not only gives you a suspension that moves completely freely and every part of the chassis can work undisturbed. It also gives you a bushing that doesn't flex anything and the car is thus much more precise in the suspension.
However, the Pillowball has a disadvantage which means that you prefer not to have them on a used car. They transport sound very efficiently, which means that tire noise etc. is transported into the cabin and thus reduces comfort!

Reinforced Rubber Bushings:
These bushings are the perfect middle ground between the standard bushing which is quite soft and the pillowball bushing which is a comfort reducer. The Reinforced Rubber Bushing is a much stiffer rubber bushing that gives the brace more precision, but as it is not metal to metal, these absorb road noise and comfort is not affected. So if you like curvy roads all weekend this is the way to go!
