The CSF Dual-Pass Cross Flow Heat Exchanger #8030 is a universal high-performance cooling solution primarily designed for liquid-to-air intercooler systems, but it can also be used as a supplemental or auxiliary radiator in other liquid cooling applications.
Its dual-pass configuration routes coolant across the heat exchanger core twice before exiting, providing highly efficient heat dissipation and low outlet temperatures. The 52mm thick 2-row dual core features CSF's B-Tube technology combined with multi-louvered fins with an 8mm fin height, providing excellent surface area while maintaining airflow to other cooling components.
Designed with universal installations in mind, the heat exchanger can be mounted horizontally, vertically, parallel, or as part of a V-mount configuration. Its all-aluminium TIG-welded construction incorporates four CNC-machined mounting points and 19mm (3/4") slip-on hose connections.

CSF manufactures the most efficient and advanced cell packs for coolers in the entire industry. It is a status gained through its innovative Tube & Fin-Technology and market-leading tests in terms of cooling and flow. These technologies have made it possible for CSF to develop cooler technology throughout the market.
B-Tube Technology
Normally, O-shaped fluid channels are used. CSF, on the other hand, uses channels shaped like a B. These B-shaped tubes are very carefully shaped and then soldered together at the seam. This allows the CSF to use a thinner and lighter aluminum (which gives a better cooling effect) because the shaping makes the material stronger than when using the traditional O-shape.
This type of design on the channels increases the surface where the heat exchanges occur with approx. 15% compared to the old technology!
Highly efficient flanges
CSF uses flanges with several ventilations that are carefully lined up to maximize airflow through the cell pack. Each model of cooler is special and each specification is carefully measured and calculated and then tested in CSF's wind tunnel for the best possible cooling effect.
