ZIEG IV WIDE is a wider version of BRIDE’s high-performance full bucket seat ZIEG IV, developed for drivers with a larger body build who demand high levels of safety, comfort, and stability. The seat is approximately 30 mm wider at the thighs and 10 mm wider at the shoulders compared to the standard model, without compromising holding performance or driving feel.
The deeply contoured shell design, featuring the characteristic “hunchback” line, securely wraps around the driver and provides extremely stable lateral support, even under high cornering forces and during aggressive driving. BRIDE’s patented LOWMAX system allows for a lower seating position and optimal eye point, which is essential for track driving and competition use.
ZIEG IV WIDE is constructed using advanced materials and improved manufacturing methods, achieving approximately 15% higher shell rigidity than previous generations. Molded urethane in the seat and thigh cushions enhances both comfort and durability during long driving sessions. The seat is FIA-approved and meets all relevant safety requirements for both track and road use.
