It is a status gained through its innovative Tube & Fin-Technology and market-leading tests in terms of cooling and flow. These technologies have made it possible for CSF to develop cooler technology throughout the market.
B-Tube Technology
Normally, O-shaped fluid channels are used. CSF, on the other hand, uses channels shaped like a B. These B-shaped tubes are very carefully shaped and then soldered together at the seam. This allows the CSF to use a thinner and lighter aluminum (which gives a better cooling effect) because the shaping makes the material stronger than when using the traditional O-shape.
This type of design on the channels increases the surface where the heat exchanges occur with approx. 15% compared to the old technology!
Highly efficient flanges
CSF uses flanges with several ventilations that are carefully lined up to maximize airflow through the cell pack. Each model of cooler is special and each specification is carefully measured and calculated and then tested in CSF's wind tunnel for the best possible cooling effect.
