DDESIGN - Your online motorsports shop wins Pricerunner's prestigious award E-tailer of the Year 2023, in the category Vehicles & Accessories. The jury's justification is:

"The winner in Vehicles & Accessories has shown a unique ability to offer high-quality products and services that meet the needs of both private and professional customers. By offering a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories, as well as dedicated support, they have become an indispensable resource for vehicle owners and enthusiasts across the country."

CEO Fredrik Dawidsson, comments: " We are super happy and proud to win this great title this year. This year's award felt extra good as during the winter/spring we worked on a major platform change, which took both time and focus. We have really worked hard to live up to our standard towards customers during this time. To receive such a nice receipt that we lived up to our ambitions and goals regarding customer experience and service is incredibly fun!"

This is the 5th time DDESIGN has won E-tailer of the Year in the category. Previous wins have been in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022.

How is the E-tailer of the Year selected?

Among the competing stores, we select three finalists with the highest average rating in each category, which is based on verified customer reviews and number of votes from consumers. The finalists are then assessed through mystery shopping, in order to assess the shopping experience. Environmental considerations, delivery and customer service are some of the factors that are assessed.
