The AWE S-FLO Carbon Intake for the Audi C7 RS 6 / RS 7 4.0T is a complete high-flow intake system engineered to increase airflow on everything from stock vehicles to high-output Stage 1 and Stage 2 builds. This latest-generation design has been completely reworked to support higher power levels while integrating seamlessly with the factory inlet ducting and mounting locations.
The system features full carbon fibre construction from the airbox to the turbo inlets, providing smooth airflow transitions without silicone sections. An enlarged honeycomb-meshed opening on top of the airbox provides additional airflow for applications running higher-than-stock boost. By retaining the factory accordion turbo couplers, the intake can float with engine movement under load, reducing unnecessary stress on the carbon fibre components.
The included AWE S-FLO high-flow filter is washable and reusable and sits directly in the path of incoming ram air from the grille. AWE recorded maximum crank gains of 15 hp and 27 ft-lbs at 2670 rpm with stock software. With Stage 2 software and high-flow downpipes, maximum gains increased to 32 hp and 50 ft-lbs at 3150 rpm.
Alongside the performance benefits, the S-FLO system provides a more aggressive intake note and a distinctive turbo spool sound under boost. UV-stabilised resin and clear coat help protect the carbon fibre finish.
