The MagnaFlow Overland Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System 19556 is designed to further enhance the off-road capability of your 2021–2025 Ford Bronco equipped with the 2.3L turbo I-4 engine. Purpose-built for overland and trail use, this system improves ground clearance, durability, and delivers MagnaFlow’s signature deep exhaust tone.
Detailed 3D scans of the entire vehicle were used during development to ensure a precise direct-fit design and straightforward installation. Thanks to tight tolerances, the exhaust system is mounted closer to the vehicle’s undercarriage than the factory system, resulting in significantly improved ground clearance.
The system features mandrel bent 3-inch main piping that flows into a straight-through muffler before terminating in a single 2.5-inch high-clearance side exit. This exit location improves rear departure angle and enhances the Bronco’s rock crawling and trail recovery capabilities.
Exhaust kit 19556 also incorporates a tunable NDT (No Drone Technology) quarter-wave resonator to eliminate unwanted drone at cruising speeds while maintaining a controlled and characterful exhaust note off-road. Sound levels are mild inside the cabin and moderate outside, allowing you to enjoy your engine’s tone without overwhelming your surroundings.
